Pulmospray is a patented disposable nebulization system. Just before use, the disposable 1 mL Luer-Lock syringe can be filled with medication from a vial. Connect the tube to the mouthpiece and start actuating and inhaling. Aerosol generation can be timed with the inhalation sequence. The near mono disperse slow-moving aerosol cloud from Pulmospray leads to a high lung dose, more than 60% of the emitted dose to work effectively. The tubing is designed to leave minimal residual volume. Pulmospray can be combined with the re-usable Respi Lever Drive system, which makes handling the device easy and ensures that the operating pressure is equal for each inhalation.
