Description of the tasks or assignment:
Medspray is an innovative company which develops and manufactures spray nozzle units with specific, patented technology. Its headquarter is in Enschede with a production plant at the HTF on the premises of the UT. The company is in the scale up phase. Medspray wishes to be a company which propagates sustainability, innovation and personal development. Medspray wants to focus on the experiences of its employees and improve its HRM policy. Current topics for example are engagement and age aware personnel policy.
The intern can perform daily activities next to 1 or 2 specific assignments in projects within the HRM department. The HRM department consists of the HRM manager. HRM is a part of the Management Team and the HRM manager works closely with the management and Medspray’s CEO.
