For Surterra Wellness, Medspray has developed an Ecomyst90 soft mist inhaler device for the inhalation of CBD.
The formulation has been developed by Surterra Welness’ daughter company Molecular Infusions. The soft mist inhaler device has been optimized by Medspray and Aero Pump to work optimally with the CBD formulation. This product for the US market is based on cannabidiol. It has a wide therapeutic range, from raising appetite to managing chronic pain.
The product is currently on the market in the US under state legislation. In the future this may change to national medical device regulations or even FDA drug regulations. Since Medspray is used to working with pharma companies on pharma inhalers, our device development documentation is available at that highest level. The formulation is very pure and the inhaler sprays the soft mist mechanically, so there is no heating or burning of the formulation.
